Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Locations
Horsewood™ currently ships to most locations within the United States and selected international destinations where permitted by law and shipping carrier availability.
Some regions may be excluded due to local regulations, customs restrictions, or carrier limitations.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–7 Business Days
- Canada: 7–14 Business Days
- International Orders: 10–21 Business Days

Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted logistics partners depending on destination, package size, and shipping availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information whenever available.
Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment confirmation.
Shipping Costs

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates successful delivery but you have not received your package, please first contact your local carrier and delivery office.

Delayed Shipments

Horsewood™ cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for carrier-related delays.
International Orders

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact customer support promptly.
Photographs of the package and product may be requested to assist with carrier claims and resolution.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately based on inventory availability and warehouse logistics.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless specifically disclosed during checkout.
